The Holy Spirit is the agent of change in the earth. It is He that was sent by God. Jesus said that it was better for the Apostles (and hence the Church) that He, Jesus would leave, so that the Holy Spirit could come. With the Holy Spirit, you are able to become the man or woman of God that you were meant to be! When you are filled with the Spirit of God, you are filled with His power. Spend more time yielding to the Holy Spirit and you will become the person you were always meant to be!!
