As we move through the various stages of life, our pursuit of “things” begins to change (hopefully.) As we age, our perspective changes. Things that we once deemed important don’t seem quite as important anymore. Our view of life matures. Many times we can regret pursuing things that we now consider worthless or petty. God tells us through the prophet Isaiah that if we are going to glory or be excited about anything, we should glory because of an intimate relationship with the Living God. In the end, it is God and His will that matters. When we get to Heaven, we will all probably wished that we had spent more time pursuing Him. Let us not wait or put other things first, let us go after and passionately pursue a relationship with the One who made us, and never, ever look back!!
